If I am understanding it right,there was some earliest Punjabis who started writing for the industry were fully conversant with Hindi/Urdu and also in poetry. They were able to write according to demand of the film industry but Sahir Ludhianvi (1921-1980) was the man who completely change the song-writing and created a new style of film songs and today I devote this article to his contribution. After the death of Anand Bakshi now only Gulzar remains from among the Punjabi song-writers in film industry.

Sahir won a Filmfare Award for Best Lyricist for Taj Mahal (1963). Again he won his second Filmfare Award for Kabhi Kahbi (1976) He also awarded the padma Shri in 1971.

If  I'm not wrong, you are mature and intelligent to understand that you have survived so far and there are many people I've known and loved, did not. I have lost friends, co-workers, grandparents, relatives, neighbors, teachers, and lots of others, so you are not the only one. I can't imagine the pain of living without some of my most closest ones, that's why sometime I think, It will be better if God calls me sooner than them, So whenever these unbearable emotional moments will occur, there will be no existence of me. Emotions easily overcome my all thoughts and activities so yeah I'm. These emotions often manipulate my mind like a Bitcoin price with same volatility.

Beside all of this , Obviously, Death has its own cloak and It comes with time but there is always two sides of the story and the second one is that time has the power to heal, as of now I can only hope that it will cure me as same as medicine, in my worst time. So there is at least one thing that I would never frown upon.

You’re Wasting Your Spare Time And It’s Killing Your Success

For me, Time is like ice cream for a four year old kid. I always treat time like I treat a women- with respect. We waste our time up against the wall like it's nothing.When you kill time, remember that it has no resurrection and It is same as  robbing oneself.

We treat our time like a beer that we piss out after our failure and lack of action.

It's time to take back our time. It's time to take what is rightfully ours and move forward with

momentum and optimism. You are literally killing yourself and your dream by wasting time !

We all have same amount of  hours in a day. I mostly reduced non producing activities to gain more time. If I was engaging in something like TV that had no net benefit, then I gave it up.

The hours you need to be successful and achieve your dream are there. If you are wasting all the time you spend doing useless nonsense, you will find out that you have more hours to waste, so it's an infinite process.

Time Wasters Are Everywhere

Most of the time I have to join up all the unannounced conversations that people had with me where they were not invited. These conversations happen because I've noticed people are bored.When you are in that state, It's easier to find to go and distract someone else with useless talk about reality TV shows, than it is to work at something that you don't like.

One work day, I counted at least three hours of useless conversations where people walked over and interrupted me. Now you are probably thinking I'm anti-social but I assure you I'm not. Most of the talk often come to me in the form of complaints. These complains exist because someone, somewhere, has violated someone else's rule about how the game of life is played.

So What You Are Going To Do

Honestly I don't spend my limited time on earth writing this article for you so you can waste it like the toilet paper. This stuff is way too serious to me and I hopefully want you to gain result. If nothing else, at the end of this article at I want you to make a decision because time is really all you have.

Emotion:  Most days are same. Sometimes you feel good and motivated, sometimes you feel angry. You go outside and do whatever you like. You live inside in your own thoughts, mostly with the disturbing ones but it does not affect our outer space so we try to look calm in front of others. Thinking about killing someone, making plans for a perfect murder, not a big deal for us. Sometime this thought not stay for a very short time  but sometimes it takes over you and drives you to the wildest imagination, like how to make it in real. So you start searching it on google . You doesn't want to create mess so you go for the option which suits you perfectly and then you get to know about Botox, Cyanide, Mercury and Resin etc. 

Relationship: We don't bond, we don't love, we don't post our brain scan online and we don't care what you think about us, but if someone fell off from a very high cliff, I would ask how and move on. There are people who talk to others only because of their own good and have inner circle and there are who do not. I'm One of those in the middle, with my own circle. We are extremely honest but only for our people.
We don't blame anyone for our circumstances so why me, why I have to suffer so much, is the most self-pitying question people ask in a relationship.
The best part is, we do not stalk, we does not want to fall in relationship and want to trap someone in it. We don't want to be your stalker or your boss.

Mask: We don't like to meat new people and make new friends because deep inside we know that we hate them, we hate every new person who try get close to us and the reason of hate that because we know they are way behind our level but we try to polite in front of them as much as possible to prevent them from the offend that's why we often like to wear a mask.

So instead of saying 'f*ck off', we responds them with 'I' 'am fine'.

Sabina Altynbekova is a player of Kazakhstan women's national volleyball team. Sabina was born on 5 of November in 1996 in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. She was just like any other girl before she showed up in the Taipei, Taiwanese capital to contest in the Asian Under-19 Championships.

Apart from that Sabina Altynbekova hated by some of her fans because she is too pretty to play Volleyball, that's why she facing a hard time from her teammates as her gripping good looks are diverting fans from playing volleyball.

Every picture of her attracts many comments and Facebook pages alleging to represent her are drawing multitudes of followers, mainly from Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, China and South Korea.

During an interview with a media, Sabina said she has no boyfriend yet.
